Surgery resources

To ensure appropriate use of surgery resources:

• Urine sample bottles are purchased by the practice.
• Bottles are only issued if requested by a clinician and once we have received the relevant hospital request.
• One container per patient will be provided.
• Extra containers can be purchased from your local pharmacy.
