The team love to hear when things have gone well, we also value constructive feedback and always look to learn from less positive experiences.

If you have a complaint that the team have not been able to resolve for you, or if there is something that you would like to raise formally, please address your concerns to the Practice Manager

If you prefer to raise your concerns in person please contact the practice where our Patient Services Manager will be able to meet with you.

Our hope is to resolve any difficulties as quickly as possible.
