We would encourage all patients to feed back any thoughts or comments to us either directly when you see us, or to our Patient Services Manager or Practice Manager, by letter or by completing the complaint proforma below. We also have a suggestion/feedback box in the waiting room for your use, and also the option to feed back via our website.
