Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Jo, our ANP assists the duty team three days a week, dealing with minor, acute and chronic illness. Jo assists with our vaccination clinics and is our clinical veteran lead.

Penny, our Nurse Practitioner assists the duty team two days a week, dealing with minor, acute and chronic illnesses, along with a focus on prevention, wellness and education.

Nurses

Our nurses, Nicki and Abby run the treatment rooms and perform a wide variety of nursing tasks, including childhood immunisations, wound care and cervical screening.  Our nurses also provide our long-term condition patients with an annual review and support, such conditions include asthma, COPD, diabetes and coronary heart disease.

Healthcare Assistants

Our Health Care Assistants, Leanne, Sarah and Cheryl are trained to undertake blood pressure checks, blood samples, ECG recording, urine testing and flu/pneumococcal immunisations.
