Request for advice

Would you like to avoid making an appointment or get advice quickly?

Did you know you can submit a request for advice from a GP at this practice?

This can be done following these simple steps during practice opening times:

On the Home page, halfway down you will see this box saying “submit a new request”

•   Click on the box “I want help for a medical issue”
•    If your request is not an urgent issue, click on the box “None of these are present”
•    Complete the boxes on the next page with as much information as you can be relevant to      your issue.
•    Press “Continue”
•    Click on the box “Myself” or “Someone else”
•    Complete the boxes on the next page – please do not forget to add your best contact number.
•    Review your request including the best form of contact, either by text or phone and submit.
