Our aim is to help you. It helps us to know what you think of the services we provide and perhaps how you think they could be improved.

We would encourage all patients to feed back any thoughts or comments to us either directly when you see us, or to our Patient Services Manager or Practice Manager, by letter or by completing the complaint proforma below. We also have a suggestion/feedback box in the waiting room for your use, and also the option to feed back via our website.

If you wish to make a comment or complaint about the service you have received, and it cannot be resolved with the management team, please contact NHS England.
