Our patient service advisor team have a vital but difficult task as the link between the patients and the GPs advising/signposting patients to the correct clinician and endeavouring to keep both sides happy. Patients telephoning the practice to book an appointment are requested to share the nature of their call so the team member can accurately advise of the most appropriate professional to see. Anyone who watches them on a Monday morning will realise the difficulties involved, and still they keep smiling!
A number of our team members are also skilled in other roles within the practice
