Patient Groups

Our Patient Participation Group meet 3-monthly where the results of the questionnaire are usually discussed, and an action plan for improvement agreed. This meeting also considers all other comments, suggestions and feedback that has been received over the year.

Friends of Bramblehaies Surgery

A patient group exists as a forum for dialogue between patients and staff.  The group was formed initially to oversee the practice services.

We have now acquired a new emphasis in the raising of funds for equipment and services for the benefit of patients, through the provision of Coffee Mornings (we always welcome new members who are willing and able to help at the coffee mornings – please pass your name and contact details to our Practice Manager).
