NHS Talking Therapies
NHS Talking Therapies services can help with the following common problems with anxiety and depression:
These problems may present themselves in a whole variety of different ways. Everyone is different. You don’t need a “diagnosis” to come for therapy, a skilled practitioner will help work out with you whether and how the service can help.
Now available free for carers, families and supporters; access to the online programme SilverCloud for support with stress, sleep and building resilience for yourself, as well as programmes to help you support an anxious child or teen.
SilverCloud is an evidence based programme that helps you understand these issues and work through ways of improving things.
To sign up and access the resources, visit the DPT SilverCloud website. You can then access the programmes at times that suit you and complete them at your own pace. You can do this on a computer or you can download the app for Android or Apple and use it on your phone.
